Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-20
SwapToMartech is a reference site. It has no accounts, no login, no newsletter signup and no contact form. In normal use we collect nothing about you at all.
1. Who operates this site
Weisung Technology Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, trading as SwapToMartech. Privacy enquiries: [email protected].
2. What we do not do
- No analytics. This site runs no Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami, Posthog or equivalent script.
- No cookies set by us, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
- No email list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
3. Server logs
The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not build profiles from this data and we do not combine it with anything else. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. Email you send us
If you email us, we keep that message and your address for as long as needed to answer you, and we do not add you to any marketing list. You can ask us to delete the thread at any time.
5. Affiliate and outbound links
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, currently to hosting providers
including DigitalOcean, Cloudways and Vultr. If you sign up through one, we may earn a
commission at no extra cost to you, and the price you pay is the vendor's own published
price. Paid links are marked rel="sponsored" and disclosed in the text of
the page that carries them.
Once you click through to a third party, that company's own privacy policy and cookies apply, not ours. Affiliate programmes typically set a cookie or pass a tracking parameter on their own domain so a signup can be attributed to us. We never receive your personal details from that process, only aggregate commission reporting.
Our rankings are set before commercial links are added and are not changed to favour a paying vendor. How we rank is documented on our methodology page.
6. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction or deletion, or object to processing. Since the only personal data we normally hold is email you have sent us, most requests resolve immediately. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
7. Children
This site covers business software procurement and is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle data will be described here rather than made silently.
